Job Description
The assignment involves the management and further development of Region Östergötland's talent/learning management system, Kompetensportalen (Grade Talent). In Kompetensportalen, there is the opportunity to document development conversations, as well as certificates/competence cards, career ladders, professional profiles, pulse measurement tools, checklists, and more. Kompetensportalen also includes the region's training catalog aimed at both the region's own employees and external participants. The offerings in the training catalog include both instructor-led training and e-learning.
As a system expert (object specialist), you will be part of the PM3 management and represent the interests of the organization. You are tasked with driving and developing work methods and ensuring that Kompetensportalen supports the region's competence supply process and the needs of the organization. Your tasks include management, user support, further development of the system support, and production of e-learning.
Work Group
The work group consists of five people with different competencies such as educational administrator, e-learning specialist, object specialist, and HR specialist in LMS/TMS. The work is done in close collaboration, and the group supports each other with both user support and development issues. The unit has a total of 19 employees who, with their various HR competencies, support and develop managers and employees in the region. Here, there are development-oriented colleagues who help each other and have fun together.
About You
You have an academic degree in HR or another post-secondary education deemed suitable for the position. You have several years of experience in consultative HR work, preferably with managerial support related to Learning/Talent management issues. You have good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
In this assignment, you will play a key role in connecting HR processes and IT support, where your consultative ability will be crucial in transforming needs into usable solutions.
If you have experience in producing and editing film and images, we see it as a great plus. We also value an interest in pedagogy and the ability to quickly familiarize yourself with new IT systems and working methods. Even if you do not have prior experience in producing e-learning, we welcome your curiosity and desire to develop in the field alongside engaged colleagues.
To succeed in the role, you need to enjoy independently planning, developing, and driving assignments forward while achieving set goals within given time frames. Since development is a major part of the assignment, you need to be creative and open to ideas and solutions that can be implemented in practice. Good communication skills are necessary to solve tasks together with colleagues, clients, and users in a smooth and relationship-building manner.
